生い立ち

[The birth of Togetsu]
宮城県石巻市で昭和5年、天ぷら屋を開業した初代・岡崎三之助。山形から石巻に移り、そば屋、飲食店、町のお惣菜屋等に天ぷらの卸をしたのが最初。

The first Togetsu owner, Sannosuke Okazaki moved to Ishinomaki from Yamagata and started a tempura restaurant in 1930. He sold tempura to food shops in his town.

二代目・岡崎勇三郎が金沢・仙台で修行を積み「杜月寿司」と業種を寿司と天ぷらに変更。

The second owner, Yuzaburo Okazaki trained and learned cooking Japanese-style food at Kakazawa and Sendai, changed the name of the restaurant ‘Togetsu Sushi.’became to sell tempura and sushi.

その味を三代目・岡崎登が杜月復活ののろしを上げる。

Now the third owner Noboru Okazaki has revived Togetsu and opened the restaurant.
